Wonder Soup Recipe:
The soup should be prepared in a large portion, stored
in the
refrigerator and heated up in single portions for every meal. Eat as
much as you want for lunch and dinner.
For breakfast you have the following choices:
- Low fat joghurt with fruit
- Fresh fruit salad
- Omelette (plain)
Ingredients: 200 g
leeks or 3 small onions, 2 cloves of garlic,
800 g chicken breat (cut into cubes), 350 g carrots, 600 g pumpkin
cubes, 500 g broccoli, 500 g Zucchini, 400 g tomatoes and 300
g bell
peppers.
Preparing
the soup:
In a large saucepan, heat 1
tablespoon olive oil. Fry the leek and
chopped garlic for a few minutes until glassy. Add 1.5 Liter
vegetable soup broth and heat until boiling. Add the chicken breast
and heat on middle flame about 12 minutes. Add the chopped vegetables
and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy and watch the
